Hara Qeshm Dock Construction and Operation Company was registered under registration number 4619 in the year 1393 (2014) on Qeshm Island. The main shareholders of this company are Pasargad Energy Development Holding and the Qeshm Free Zone Organization.
The Pasargad Qeshm Oil Terminal, with a nominal capacity of 17.6 million tons per year and featuring three dock berths with capacities of 70,000, 35,000, and 7,000 tons, is owned by this company. It is currently under construction and operation on the northern side of Qeshm Island.
